EVENT SET UP WORKERS

NOW HIRING – EVENT SETUP CREW

We are hiring Event Setup Workers to assist with setting up and breaking down events.

JOB DUTIES:

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, lights, stages, and other event equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize event equipment
• Perform general labor and event setup duties
• Work in a warehouse and/or outdoors
• Work in direct sunlight and various weather conditions
• Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed

⏰ SCHEDULE:

• 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.
• Shifts may range from 8–14 hours per day
• Must be flexible with schedule, including weekends and extended hours

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in the sun
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods
• Must have steel-toe boots
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Previous event setup or general labor experience is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a physically demanding position involving heavy lifting, loading/unloading, and working on your feet for extended periods.
