Inventory Management Associate — Semiconductor Manufacturing
Location: Georgetown & Taylor, TX | Full-Time
Georgetown Location Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Taylor Location Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
About the Role
Join a dynamic, fast-paced team at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing. As an Inventory Management Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the organization’s manufacturing and infrastructure assets, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, tagging, deployment, tracking, reconciliation, and disposition of assets, inventory, and equipment.
- Accurately maintain inventory records utilizing asset management systems.
- Conduct regular data cleanup, validation, reporting, and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and on-site physical assets.
- Support equipment staging, rack-and-stack coordination, and logistical operations.
- Collaborate closely with technicians, engineering, facilities, procurement, and manufacturing teams to streamline asset management processes.
- Document procedures and identify opportunities for improved asset tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in asset or inventory management, IT asset management, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with servers, networking, storage, manufacturing equipment, or comparable assets preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced operational setting.
