Route 20 Delivery and Route 26 Packages is hiring full-time Package Delivery Drivers in Rigby, Idaho.

As a Package Delivery Driver, you'll operate a company-provided truck and deliver packages to residential and business customers throughout assigned routes in the Eastern Idaho area.

Routes may include urban, rural, residential, and business areas.

No CDL is required. Paid training is provided.

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll load your vehicle, organize packages, drive your assigned route, and make deliveries throughout the day. The right person is dependable, responsible, comfortable working independently, and able to handle physical work.

What You'll Do

• Load and organize packages in the company vehicle
• Drive an assigned delivery route
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently to homes and businesses
• Navigate urban, rural, residential, and business areas
• Work independently while staying on schedule
• Follow company safety and delivery procedures
• Handle packages throughout the workday
• Represent the company professionally while making deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No CDL required
• Clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Motivated and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 150 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• Must successfully complete a DOT Medical Evaluation

Delivery Experience Is a Plus – But Not Required

• Route driving
• Delivery driving

is a plus, but previous delivery experience is not required.

Paid training is provided to help you learn the job and succeed.
