Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorney with all stages of litigation, including case management and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
• Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous litigation experience in a law firm setting. Bonus points if you have more significant experience with medical records.
• Strong research and writing skills, with proficiency in legal databases and case management software.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and like to multi-task.
