Position Overview
As a Personal Lines Sales Producer, you will generate new business by selling auto, home, renters, life, and umbrella policies. This is a performance-driven role with significant upside for top producers.

What You’ll Do
- Work and close warm inbound and purchased leads (not pure cold calling)
- Prospect and generate additional opportunities through referrals and cross-selling
- Build relationships with clients and uncover coverage needs
- Quote, present, and close policies using Farmers Insurance products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
- Comfortable working leads and handling objections
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly)

- Base salary + uncapped commission (no earning ceiling)
