Premium Farm Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment supporting dairy operations throughout Michigan.

No dairy experience is required.

We're looking for mechanically-minded individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and learning new skills. Whether your background is industrial maintenance, electrical work, automotive repair, diesel technology, agricultural equipment, HVAC/R, welding, or general mechanical repair, we'll provide the industry-specific training needed to succeed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and related systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Install and commission equipment at customer locations
• Communicate findings and recommendations with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
