As a Sales Representative, you’ll help individuals and families understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and build lasting client relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience generating new business, managing a sales pipeline, and learning agency operations; building a foundation for continued growth as your skills and experience develop.
We’ll provide the training, coaching, and resources. You bring the drive to learn, sell, and produce results.

Licensing Support
Not licensed yet? A California insurance license is required for this role, generally before hire. We provide access to exam preparation courses, study materials, and guidance through the licensing steps. If you’re committed to learning and completing the process, we’ll support you along the way. Licensing reimbursement may be available depending on the agency.
What To Expect
- Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions based on their needs and priorities
- Prepare quotes, present options, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business
- Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, cross-selling, and outbound prospecting
- Consistently follow up with leads and build long-term client relationships
- Track leads, activities, and results using agency systems and CRM tools
- Work toward individual and agency production goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Active California insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain the required license prior to hire
- Motivated, competitive, and driven by results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable, dependable, and accountable
- Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
