Title Reviewer -(DMV AREA - DC, MARYLAND, VIRGINA)

Prominent Law Firm is seeking a Title Reviewer! This role may be fully office-based, hybrid, or remote and is focused on reviewing property titles and supporting title curative work. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running with direct title experience, particularly in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Review property titles for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify title issues requiring curative action.
• Support title curative activities and related documentation.
• Review titles involving Maryland, Virginia, and/or Washington, DC properties.
• Apply title review expertise to foreclosure-related matters.
• Work independently and contribute effectively in an office-based, hybrid, or remote environment.

Required Qualifications

• Direct professional title experience is required.
• Experience reviewing property titles in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC.
• Ability to begin contributing immediately with limited ramp-up time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Title review experience at a foreclosure law firm.
• Title curative experience.
• Experience reviewing titles in all three jurisdictions: Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
• Title company experience.
• EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS GREAT: property titles, title insurance commitment, abstracting, title examinations/review, post-closing, foreclosure, real property, deeds, etc.
