Marketing and Community Outreach Representative

Hands with Heart Home Health Care is seeking a Marketing and Community Outreach Representative to build awareness, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with local residents, nonprofit communities, senior communities, and hospitals. Reporting to Office Manager and Alternate Administrator teams, this role supports program enrollment, partnership development, public education, referrals, and brand promotion through regular multi-site outreach activities.

Compensation and Bonuses

Regular compensation and performance-based bonuses for meeting company marketing goals, generating qualified leads, developing referral relationships, and helping bring new clients to Hands with Heart Home Healthcare. The ideal candidate will receive a weekly Marketing allotment and mileage reimbursement.

 Responsibilities

• Follow a daily and weekly marketing route/map provided by management.
• Visit assigned healthcare facilities, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
• Introduce and promote Hands with Heart Home Healthcare and the services we provide.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners and community contacts.
• Identify potential clients, referral opportunities, and new business leads.
• Distribute marketing materials and provide information about our services.
• Follow up with potential referral sources as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of marketing visits, contacts, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Remain signed into the company’s tracking system during scheduled working hours so management can verify routes, visits, and work activity.
• Communicate updates, leads, potential clients, and referral opportunities to management.
• Assist with basic Microsoft Office tasks, reports, spreadsheets, emails, and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at all times while working in the community.
• Work toward established marketing, outreach, and sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, professional, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Ability to build professional relationships and confidently promote company services.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow a structured daily and weekly route and schedule.
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to management.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using company technology and tracking systems during working hours.
