RRDS, Inc., an independent service provider contracted with FedEx, is hiring reliable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers for local pickup and delivery routes.
We are looking for dependable people who take pride in doing their job well, showing up on time, driving safely, and taking care of customers.
Professional delivery or commercial driving experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience driving for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, USPS, or another delivery or transportation company are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
As a Delivery Driver with RRDS, Inc., you will:
- Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle
- Deliver and pick up packages along an assigned route
- Load, organize, and unload packages
- Use a handheld device to scan and record deliveries
- Follow established delivery and safety procedures
- Complete daily vehicle inspections
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized vehicle
- Complete your assigned route safely and efficiently
- Represent RRDS, Inc. professionally while serving FedEx customers
Minimum Requirements
Qualified applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a safe and acceptable driving record
- Be dependable and have reliable attendance
- Be able to meet applicable DOT/FMCSA and FedEx contractual driver qualification requirements
- Be able to pass required pre-employment screening
- Be comfortable driving a commercial delivery vehicle
- Be able to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the day
- Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier packages using appropriate equipment or assistance
- Be comfortable working independently in changing weather conditions
- Be able to follow GPS, route instructions, safety procedures, and delivery requirements
- Provide professional customer service
