General Labor & Delivery Associate - Hands-On Training & Growth

Angel Water is hiring a General Labor & Delivery Associate to support our warehouse and local delivery operations. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with equipment and materials, and learning new skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include warehouse work, loading and unloading materials, local salt deliveries, inventory organization, and keeping the department clean and running efficiently.

This is not primarily a driving position. While local deliveries are part of the job, much of your time will be spent helping in the warehouse and supporting general labor needs.

No water treatment experience is necessary. We provide training, and someone who shows reliability, initiative, and an ability to learn may have opportunities to develop additional technical skills in water treatment equipment, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and service.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, move, and carry heavy bags of salt and other materials
• Make local salt deliveries to residential and commercial customers
• Receive, unpack, organize, label, and store equipment and parts
• Help maintain accurate inventory and restock materials
• Keep the warehouse, work areas, and company vehicles clean and organized
• Assist customers using our drive-thru service
• Sort returned equipment, parts, and reusable materials
• Handle trash, recycling, and general warehouse cleanup
• Operate a forklift as needed; training may be provided
• Follow assigned delivery routes and complete deliveries efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Learn the basics of water treatment equipment, parts, and systems
• Assist with additional warehouse and general labor tasks as assigned

Experience in warehouse operations, general labor, delivery, construction, maintenance, mechanical work, plumbing, or another hands-on environment is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy salt bags and materials
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and delivery environments
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
