Delivery Driver / Operations Driver – Marietta, GA
We are hiring Delivery Drivers / Operations Drivers for two opportunities in Marietta, GA. Both positions involve driving, loading/unloading, warehouse or operational support, and providing excellent customer service.
Opportunity 1 – Operations / Delivery Driver
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Must arrive by 6:50 AM
This position involves more than driving. In addition to making deliveries and pickups, you will assist with loading and unloading, preparing orders, maintaining products, and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up products while providing professional customer service
- Load and unload trucks and accurately check products and paperwork
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders
- Assist with yard/warehouse operations and maintaining products
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other material-handling equipment as required
- Complete vehicle inspections and required DOT paperwork
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles
- Follow DOT and FMCSA safety and hours-of-service requirements
- Assist with other operational duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- DOT medical card required
- Previous experience driving a 26' straight truck required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold weather
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Opportunity 2 – Warehouse / Delivery Driver
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
This position combines local deliveries with warehouse and branch support.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders
- Load and unload shipments and deliveries
- Receive and put away inventory
- Prepare products for shipment through UPS, FedEx, and common carriers
- Process damaged products, returns, and reclaims
- Assist customers at the counter and provide excellent customer service
- Operate a sit-down forklift and 19' flat truck
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with basic computer/data-entry tasks
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
