Direct Care Professional - Weekend Shift

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in a brand new residential group home supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

As a Direct Care Professional, you will play an important role in helping the individuals we support live meaningful, active, and independent lives in a safe and caring home environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on support with daily living activities
• Assisting with personal care, meals, medication routines, and household activities
• Supporting individuals with community outings, appointments, activities, and social opportunities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Completing daily required documentation and following individual support plans
