In-Store Brand Ambassador - Part-Time Lead Generation

Are you friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people?

Angel Water is growing our in-store team and looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to represent our brand at major retail partner locations throughout Palm Beach and Broward County.

As an In-Store Brand Ambassador, you’ll connect with shoppers, introduce them to Angel Water’s home water solutions, ask a few simple qualifying questions, and help interested homeowners schedule a complimentary in-home water consultation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, promotions, or lead generation who enjoys interacting with people and working toward goals.

No water treatment experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, approachable manner
• Start conversations about water quality and household water solutions
• Ask simple qualifying questions to identify interested homeowners
• Generate leads and schedule complimentary in-home water consultations
• Explain Angel Water’s services and answer basic customer questions
• Enter customer information and appointments using a company-provided iPad
• Work toward individual and team goals for leads and scheduled appointments
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence throughout each shift
• Represent Angel Water positively inside our retail partner locations

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing personality and confidence speaking with new people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching shoppers and initiating conversations
• Ability to ask qualifying questions and confidently request appointments
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
• Previous retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, promotions, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience preferred
• Comfortable using an iPad or similar technology
• Ability to remain active and on your feet during 4–8-hour shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability, especially Saturdays and Sundays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable, professional, and coachable

Pay & Incentives

• Base Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Performance Earnings: Team members average $20.00–$25.00 per hour with performance-based increases
• Quarterly Bonuses: Average bonus opportunities of $125–$990
• Weekly Incentives: Opportunities to earn gift cards based on performance
• Paid training and ongoing support
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs

Schedule

Part-time

• 4–8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Saturday and Sunday shifts typically available

This is an in-person retail position with shifts at partner locations throughout Palm Beach and Broward County.
