Construction Crew Member - CDL Required | Great Career Opportunity

As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced field crews on a variety of construction and utility projects, including underground utilities, fiber installation, excavation, site preparation, and infrastructure development.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people.

A valid CDL is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Assist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects
• Operate hand tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Support crews with trenching, site preparation, and material handling
• Drive and operate company vehicles as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every jobsite
• Represent the company with professionalism and respect in the field

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL – Required

• Construction, utility, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a crew
• Dependable transportation and ability to report to jobsites as required
