Position: Sales Reps and Trainees
This is a commission-only roofing sales position with real earning power. Meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, explain options, and close sales. With average commissions of $1,000–$3,000 per sale, a few deals a month can add up fast.
What Our Reps Earn
• Roofing Sales Trainees: $75,000–$125,000 in their first year
• Experienced Average Reps: $100,000–$150,000
• Strong Performers: $150,000–$250,000
• Top Reps: $250,000–$350,000+
