Scanning Coordinator

About the position:

The Scanning Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the overall pricing integrity throughout the store. This role includes ensuring accurate pricing, monitoring price changes, and supporting store operations to keep our shelves and products correctly priced. This is a full-time opportunity with day-time working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall pricing integrity throughout the store (including: Grocery, Meat, Bakery, Deli, and Produce departments).
• Ensure the store has proper and accurate signage.
• Monitor and implement price changes daily/weekly.
• Record daily/weekly sales and movement of product.
• Responsible for proofing weekly ads and placing items on sale.

Qualifications:

• Leadership skills; excellent communication and social skills
• Time management and organization skills; multitasking
• Able-bodied (standing for hours at a time, able to lift up to 30lbs, etc.)
• Versatile in day-to-day activities, whether working alone or in a team
• Proficient with computers and ability to learn store's programs
• Understands basic math
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Motivated and willingness to learn
