SCANNER/ DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

We are seeking a Scanner/Data Entry Operator to scan and enter financial, legal, medical, and general business records with a 99% accuracy target. This role uses optical character recognition software and follows a multi-step quality assurance process. The position reports to the Records Supervisor and offers a very casual office environment with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Scan financial, legal, medical, and general business records.
• Enter information accurately into designated systems.
• Use optical character recognition software to support document processing.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive records.
• Follow the multi-step quality assurance process.
• Maintain a 99% accuracy target.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry and document scanning.
• Ability to perform data entry at a minimum speed of 12,500 keystrokes per minute.
