Aerospace Stockroom Supervisor - Day & Night Shifts

We are seeking an exceptional Aerospace Stockroom Supervisor to lead a highly organized, accurate, and disciplined stockroom operation.

We need a process-driven leader who understands what world-class organization looks like and can maintain the highest standards for aerospace material control. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and believes every part should have a place, every transaction should be accurate, and every process should be followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily aerospace stockroom and material control activities
• Maintain exceptional standards for organization, cleanliness, labeling, identification, and material segregation
• Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, issuing, picking, kitting, and movement of materials
• Maintain strict inventory accuracy and material traceability
• Establish, document, and enforce standardized stockroom processes
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to root cause
• Maintain proper control of serialized, lot-controlled, shelf-life, and traceable materials
• Train and hold stockroom personnel accountable to established standards
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP inventory transactions
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and 5S/6S standards

What We Are Looking For

• Aerospace, defense, aviation, or regulated manufacturing stockroom experience
• Previous stockroom, inventory, warehouse, or material control leadership experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material traceability
• Proven ability to implement and enforce processes
• ERP/MRP and cycle-counting experience
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience working in an audit-driven manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S/6S, and continuous improvement preferred
• Understanding of AS9100 and aerospace traceability requirements strongly preferred

Candidates with relevant experience at Eaton, Collins Aerospace, Parker Hannifin, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Honeywell Aerospace, VACCO Industries, or comparable aerospace manufacturers are strongly encouraged to apply.
