Automotive Sales Representative / Used Car Salesman

FULL-TIME USED CAR SALESMAN WANTED

We are looking for a motivated and reliable full-time Used Car Salesman to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident with customers, motivated to sell, and willing to follow up with leads and help grow the dealership.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Follow up consistently with potential customers
• Schedule appointments and test drives
• Present vehicles and explain features, pricing, and financing options
• Help customers through the sales and financing process
• Maintain communication with customers from initial inquiry through delivery
• Keep vehicles presentable
• Post and promote vehicles when needed
• Work with management to meet monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For:
• Sales experience preferred - automotive sales experience is a big plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using a computer, phone, CRM, email, and online leads
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be available full-time, including weekends

Compensation:
Competitive base pay + commission/bonuses based on performance.

There is strong earning potential for someone who knows how to sell, follow up with leads, and close deals.
