We are seeking energetic, reliable Package Sorters to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will play a key part in the logistics chain by inspecting, sorting, and directing packages to ensure fast, accurate delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, scan, and sort incoming and outgoing packages based on zip codes, destinations, and shipping routes.
• Load and unload packages from delivery trucks, trailers, and sorting conveyors safely and efficiently.
• Identify damaged goods or incorrect labels and route them to the appropriate station for resolution.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and hand-held barcode scanners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with shift leads and team members to meet daily volume targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse work, material handling, or logistics is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately read addresses, numbers, and barcodes rapidly.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and dependability are essential.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
