Associate Dentist

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive clinical care within a multi-doctor practice. This role offers clinical oversight and mentorship from the lead dentist, practice owner, and broader clinical team, with opportunities to support patient education, retention, community outreach, and practice growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide restorative dentistry and preventive care.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on oral health and recommended treatments.
• Provide emergency dental care and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Follow infection control protocols.
• Contribute to patient retention, community outreach, and practice growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Entry-level experience in general dentistry.
