This opportunity offers a strong volume of orthopedic cases, experienced OR support, and a collaborative clinical team committed to surgical excellence.
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends & holidays as required
About This Opportunity

Practice & Facilities
- 3 modern operating rooms + 2 arthroscopy towers
- Support from Surgical techs, NPs, and PAs
- Inpatient EHR: Medhost + Outpatient EHR: eClinicalWorks
Practice currently has no residents, robotic systems are not in use, and the call schedule, including weekends and holidays, will be determined upon discussion.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries
- Perform general orthopedic and trauma procedures
- Collaborate with surgical, clinical, and support teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in an on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays
What We’re Looking For
Education, Experience, Licensure and Certifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active and unrestricted Alabama medical license
- Previous experience providing comprehensive orthopedic care
