Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities- Plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for patients with injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions
- Work to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability in assigned patients
- Provide primarily outpatient services within a hospital-based setting, with occasional inpatient coverage as needed
- Apply experience across orthopedic and neurological patient populations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records systems
- Active Montana Physical Therapist license (license in hand preferred at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of proficient electronic medical records (EMR) experience
- Experience in orthopedic, neurological, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Epic EMR experience strongly preferred
- Background in hospital-based outpatient therapy services
- Familiarity with inpatient coverage responsibilities
- Located near state parks and mountain ranges in southwest Montana, offering exceptional outdoor recreation opportunities in summer and fall
