Position Details
Cath Lab Tech
Locals Accepted
Dysrhythmia exam not required
Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
Scrub experience required
Travel experience preferred
Assists physician in performance of all cardiovascular procedures, demonstrating competency in all positions (scrub, monitor and float).
Analyzes and interprets collected procedural data, provides effective patient care at all acuity levels.
Maintains inventory and charges appropriately for procedures
Required Certs: ARRT or RCIS, BLS, ACLS
Shift: 4 x 10 shift Mon-Friday, day off rotates no set day off.
Call: 8-10 days/month including 1 weekend/month; Duration of call: 14 - 62 hours
ITO interviews, Manager will conduct final interview
Unit Details:
Unit size/bed amount: 2 Cath Labs, 1 EP Lab
Patient Population: Adults 18+, Cardiac and peripheral procedures, no carotid, neuro and hybrid cath lab/OR cases
Skill sets: Scrubbing & Fluro during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. Familiarity w/ Impella, high risk PCI, and ECMO preferred
Quick offer 1 year of CATH LAB TECH experience with RCIS or ARRT
