* Build and maintain multi-year and scenario models, and help set modeling standards
* Develop and analyze consolidated financial reporting packages for management and the Board
* Own cash flow analysis to support liquidity planning
* Deliver variance, trend, and ad hoc analysis with actionable insights
* Improve reporting processes and templates, and document assumptions and best practices
* Administer and optimize the corporate budgeting and reporting platform, including user training and enhancements
* Coach and mentor junior FP&A team members

WHAT YOU BRING
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* 5+ years of finance or accounting experience with meaningful FP&A depth
* Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
* Advanced Excel and FP&A tool experience (dashboards and automation a plus)
* Strong command of corporate finance concepts
* Ability to communicate clearly and present confidently to senior leadership
* Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects

STRONGLY PREFERRED

  • Experience in real estate, development, or construction
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or FP&A certification
