Rough Carpenter / Siding Specialist – Madison, WI
Pay: $25–$40/hr based on experience

Joint Construction is looking for an experienced Rough Carpenter who specializes in siding to join our team in the Madison area.
Responsibilities:
- Install various types of siding
- Measure, cut, and install siding materials
- Install house wrap, flashing, trim, and exterior finishes
- Perform rough carpentry and exterior framing work
- Read plans and follow layouts
- Use hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of rough carpentry/siding experience
- Must have experience installing siding
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
