Full service, Restaurant General Manager Wanted!!!

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – STAFFORD, TX

A well-established, high-volume full-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its Stafford-area locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of driving sales, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
• Drive sales and profitability while managing labor and operating costs
• Maintain strong standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Develop and promote team members and future leaders
• Analyze financial and operational performance and implement action plans
• Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, food cost, and inventory controls
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant teams
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Consistent track record of improving sales, profitability, and team performance
• High energy and the ability to thrive in a busy restaurant environment
