Physical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to treat adults with chronic spinal pain at our Palmdale location. As part of a multidisciplinary pain team, the Physical Therapist will provide thoughtful, gentle care for patients with spinal conditions, including post-surgical and workers’ compensation patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
• Deliver spinal rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Complete clinical documentation using a web-based EHR.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• California Physical Therapy License.
• Experience with musculoskeletal assessment and spinal rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of chronic pain management, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Strong patient education, empathy, and communication skills.
