Push-Up Tube Packing Assembly Operator
Company: Manufacturing Facility
Location: Oldsmar, Fl
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Shift: 8-hour shift
Overtime: May be required during the busy season

Push-Up Tube Packing Assembly Operator Responsibilities
- Set up, start, operate, and shut down push-up tube assembly and packing equipment.
- Monitor feeder bowls, conveyor tracks, assembly machines, and automated box-packing equipment to ensure continuous production.
- Maintain production speed, product quality, and machine efficiency.
- Identify and clear machine jams safely to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot tube assembly and loading machines as needed.
- Monitor equipment for unusual noises, odors, or irregular operation and report issues to management or maintenance.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as required.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and production requirements are met.
- Lift and place boxes weighing up to 30 pounds onto the outgoing conveyor.
- Follow all food safety procedures, machine safety requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Push-Up Tube Packing Assembly Operator Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or machine operation experience is preferred.
- Mechanical experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn machine controls, touchscreen systems, and production procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and recognize machine malfunctions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
- Ability to follow food safety, cleanliness, and machine safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to work overtime during busy production periods, as needed.

- Employees must wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Shorts and open-toe shoes are not permitted.
