Position Overview

We’re hiring a Plumbing Technician to handle residential service calls, light commercial work, remodels, and new‐construction rough‐ins. Competitive pay, commission and job bonus', paid time-off, 4-day flex work week, growth opportunities, more hourly pay for licensed plumber.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
• Install water heaters, fixtures, piping, and equipment
• Perform rough‐in and finish plumbing for remodels and tenant improvements
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with owner, office manager and apprentices

Qualifications

• 4-5 years plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
• Commitment to safety and craftsmanship
