Location: Bond Hill Area (Cincinnati, OH)

Shift: 1st Shift | M–TH 6:30 AM – 3:45 PM | Friday 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Early Friday Exit)

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Position Overview

PrideStaff is currently seeking a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented Entry-Level Machine Operator & Assembler for a growing manufacturing facility in the Bond Hill area.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, operating equipment, and building precision products. Prior bindery or specialty printing experience is NOT required—we are looking for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, solid math/measurement skills, and a proven work ethic. Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, feed, and operate semi-automatic and manual production equipment, tools, and bindery/finishing machinery.
• Accurately measure, cut, assemble, and inspect raw materials according to job specifications and shop orders.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, clear minor line jams, and make routine operational adjustments.
• Conduct continuous visual quality inspections on finished goods to ensure strict compliance with client specifications.
• Package, palletize, and transport finished materials throughout the facility safely.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly production floor and work station.
