Volt is immediately hiring General Laborer's for a local Company in La Mirada Ca.

As a General Laborer you will:

Job Description

• Day to Day Responsibilities
• Support a furniture manufacturing and distribution facility
• Use hand dollies and other material-handling equipment safely as needed
• Wrap furniture and products for shipping and storage
• Apply labels and verify product identification as directed
• Clean work areas, remove trash, and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products
• Organize inventory and staging areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

This is a Full-Time temp-to-hire Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull ( 10-15lbs )
  • Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying shifts based on company needs
  • Spanish-only speakers are welcome; bilingual candidates are a plus
• Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, furniture handling, or general labor experience preferred but not required

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm (shifts vary depending on company need)

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
