Youth Program Counselor,Area Director

Help lead safe, engaging programs for children in grades K-8. Bring SL lesson plans to life, keep activities organized, and make every child feel included, encouraged and excited to participate. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead or assist sports, STEM, arts and enrichment activities - Set up equipment, take attendance and guide transitions - Model teamwork, respect and positive behavior - Support a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment - Communicate professionally with families, partners and SNL staff YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF... You're positive, reliable and ready to lead. Experience with children, coaching, camps, education, arts, STEM or media is a plus. Training is provided; required background checks apply.
