Babysitter - Now Hiring

My 10-year-old has behavioral challenges, needs constant reminders, struggles to follow directions, and **cannot be left alone with her sister**. We need someone who is highly attentive, calm, and skilled at positive redirection and behavior management to keep both kids safe, engaged, and separated when necessary. The ideal candidate has experience with special needs, behavioral support, or education, and can multitask effectively while maintaining a structured environment.
