Responsibilities

As a Part-Time AM Front Desk Agent, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests and ensures their stay starts off on the right note. Your day-to-day duties will include checking guests in and out, answering questions about the hotel and local area, and addressing any concerns to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll also assist with managing reservations, handling payments, and maintaining a welcoming front desk area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, professional, and organized. No prior experience is required, but strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset are essential. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, you’ll fit right in with our team.
