Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a key connection between customers, vendors, warehouse operations, and the sales team. Your ability to provide exceptional service, coordinate operational needs, and maintain strong business relationships will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and inside sales support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners
• Support outside sales representatives in managing and growing customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate UPS, freight, and LTL shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
• Operate a forklift to safely move materials and inventory as needed
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Maintain organized records and efficient workflow processes
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or office administration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide professional, responsive, and solution-focused customer support
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software applications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing responsibilities effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 pounds
