Our client is expanding its civil litigation team and is seeking Arizona-licensed attorneys interested in hands-on litigation experience. This role is designed for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to develop strong litigation skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Attorneys in this role will work on substantive matters, engage directly with clients, and contribute to all phases of litigation, offering a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Medical Malpratice matters from inception through resolution

• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings

• Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Participate in discovery, including depositions and motion practice

• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

• Manage deadlines and case workflow effectively

Practice Areas:

• Medical malpractice

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Interest in developing litigation and courtroom experience

• Collaborative, professional, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation and benefits:

• Base Salary

• Bonus: Incentive-based bonus of up to $1,000 per month (performance-based)
