We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing operations team in Texas on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. This role will oversee field installation projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring schedules, resources, and documentation stay on track. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work across teams while maintaining a high standard of customer service and project execution.

Responsibilities:
• Direct installation projects through each phase, from kickoff and scheduling to closeout and follow-up.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for project supervisors and subcontracted partners to keep work aligned with quality and timeline expectations.
• Organize field logistics, material availability, project records, and regulatory documentation to support smooth execution.
• Visit job sites to assess progress, perform inspections, capture photos, and address operational issues in real time.
• Partner with internal teams such as Operations and Sales to coordinate priorities and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor compliance by tracking licensing, insurance, agreements, and related qualifications.
• Guide team performance through coaching, training, feedback discussions, and ongoing employee development efforts.
• Track budgets, schedules, service quality, and client satisfaction metrics while preparing updates and project reports.• Proven experience managing projects or field operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, including coaching employees, conducting performance reviews, and supporting development.
• Strong background in logistics coordination, scheduling, and multi-project oversight.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, details, and competing priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint and Concur is preferred.
• Experience with project coordination in construction, installation, or similar operational environments is an advantage.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed for site visits and project support.
