Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Maben, MS

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem position offers a focused role as a Staff Pharmacist at a veterinary pharmacy specializing in large animals. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you will support the dispensing process by accurately entering prescriptions into the system, printing labels, and handing off to warehouse staff to complete the filling. This position handles approximately 100 scripts per day, providing a steady and engaging workflow. Paid training for one day will be provided prior to starting to ensure familiarity with the system and procedures.

Location: Maben, Mississippi
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Initial dates include November 12th and 19th, and December 10th and 17th

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Mississippi Pharmacy License required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a pharmacist (retail experience is acceptable)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of prescriptions
