R&D Assembly Technician
Location: Acton, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 06 months contract
Pay: $30.00/hour on W2
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are hiring an R&D Assembly Technician for a 6-month contract role supporting the development and assembly of medical devices. The technician will perform manual and semi-automated assembly of small, intricate components in a lab/cleanroom environment, follow detailed work instructions and drawings, operate basic manufacturing/inspection equipment, and document process data and build results.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of manufacturing, assembly, R&D, or technician experience
- Comfortable working with small parts under a microscope/magnification
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Medical device, cleanroom, GMP/ISO experience is a plus
