Pay: $24.29/hr on W2

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to support the assembly, testing, and reconfiguration of mobile devices into Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs), as well as Starter and Controller kits.
• This role supports medical device manufacturing while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, label, test, and package medical device components.
• Reconfigure mobile devices into dedicated PDMs using approved procedures.
• Operate basic test fixtures and mechanical equipment.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and kitting.
• Identify and report quality or process issues.
• Follow SOPs and applicable FDA, ISO 13485, and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production area.
• Support Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Comfortable with light assembly and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to distinguish red, green, and blue colors on handheld devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate manual/electric pallet jacks.
