Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily compressor operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with foremen, mechanics, and lease operators to troubleshoot issues and optimize equipment performance.
• Assist with repairs and mechanical troubleshooting when needed.
• Be available for on-call duties and support occasional travel requirements.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2-3 years of mechanical or oilfield-related experience preferred.
• Prior compressor gas lift operations experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAT 3500, 3600, and Ariel compressors is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid vehicle operator’s license with an insurable driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in compressor gas lift operations.
• Ability to assist with repairs and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of oilfield safety protocols and equipment.
