Key Qualifications:

• Experience with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) practices strongly preferred
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) highly desirable
• Proven ability to successfully manage autistic caseloads
• Comfortable working in a structured, self-contained setting

What You'll Do:

• Guide and instruct a classroom of eight students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), fostering academic, social, and emotional growth
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate closely with the classroom paraprofessional to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress, regularly adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
• Communicate effectively with families and staff, ensuring each student’s goals and achievements are shared and celebrated
• Uphold best practices in special education, ABA, and classroom management
