What You’ll Do

• Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products
• Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality
• Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and bakery equipment safely
• Monitor freshness, baking times, temperatures, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery
• Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
• Properly store ingredients and finished products
• Help minimize waste while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work alongside a supportive bakery and store team to deliver a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous baking or bakery experience preferred
• Passion for producing fresh, high-quality products
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food-safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary or baking certification is a plus, but not required
