Med Surg RN | 3x12s | $20K Sign on Bonus

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical hospital setting. Multiple units are available, including Oncology and Ortho/Trauma.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide and document individualized patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Support safe and effective patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Virginia RN or Compact RN license.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• BLS/BCLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Acute-care experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to cross-train to other units.
• Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills.
