Job Description
Partners Personnel is hiring Furniture Warehouse Associates for a busy furniture distribution and logistics operation in Hialeah Gardens, FL! This is a hands-on, physically demanding warehouse position involving the unloading, lifting, carrying, staging, and movement of large furniture pieces throughout a distribution facility.

Position: Warehouse Associate
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL
Schedule: Must be available 7 days a week. Scheduled days off rotate weekly based on operational workload.
Job Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload furniture from inbound and outbound trailers, including sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, bed frames, and other large household furnishings.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and reposition furniture weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
- Handle oversized, bulky, and irregularly shaped furniture, including items requiring two-person lifting or maneuvering.
- Remove furniture from delivery trailers and transfer merchandise to designated warehouse staging areas.
- Move furniture between receiving docks, storage locations, staging lanes, and outbound loading areas.
- Load furniture into outbound trailers, positioning and securing merchandise to minimize shifting and damage during transportation.
- Use manual material-handling equipment, such as furniture dollies, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, when applicable.
- Stack, position, and organize furniture according to size, weight, and handling requirements to maintain safe storage and loading conditions.
Requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and handle furniture weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available for scheduling 7 days a week, with rotating days off based on workload.
- Previous experience in furniture moving, warehouse loading/unloading, distribution, or material handling preferred.
