Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Contract – 9+ months with possible extension

Pay Range: $18/hr- $20/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume inbound contact center support and a proven ability to deliver accurate, unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients while meeting performance and attendance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, courteous, and concise responses to inbound calls regarding Medicaid eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries.

Offer unbiased assistance and facilitate problem resolution, escalating or transferring to other Call Center units when appropriate.

Document all interactions clearly and accurately in online logs and systems.

Meet or exceed individual performance and quality standards while maintaining strict attendance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Six months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months.

Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and service quality.

Clear verbal and written communication with strong documentation discipline.

Schedule flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., with no schedule changes during the first 90 days.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Office experience.

Demonstrated effectiveness at multi-tasking in a call center setting.
