Warehouse Associate

Partners Personnel is hiring for multiple warehouse opportunities in Carlisle, PA! We are seeking Warehouse Associates, Stand-Up High Reach Forklift Operators, and Inventory Control Associates for a busy third-party logistics (3PL) and distribution center operation.
Whether your experience is in general warehouse operations, powered industrial equipment, or inventory management, we have multiple shifts and competitive pay rates available!

Positions & Pay
Warehouse Associate: $17.00–$20.00/hr depending on shift
Stand-Up High Reach Forklift Operator: $18.50–$19.50/hr depending on shift
Inventory Control Associate: $18.75–$20.00/hr depending on shift

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available
Available Schedules & Hours

• Tuesday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
• Saturday–Monday: 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday–Sunday: 5:00 PM–5:30 AM
• Saturday–Monday: 4:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate

• Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders, using RF scanners and warehouse location codes.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including palletized and individual cartons.

Stand-Up High Reach Forklift Operator

• Operate stand-up high reach forklifts to retrieve and store palletized merchandise in elevated warehouse racking systems.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and pallet retrieval using warehouse management system (WMS) instructions.

Inventory Control Associate

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Operate a cherry picker to retrieve orders

Requirements
Warehouse: Previous warehouse and logistics experience, lift and move up to 40lbs, and RF Scanner experience.
Forklift: 1-year of high reach forklift experience, warehouse and logistics background, lift and move up to 40lbs.
Inventory Control: Must be technical savvy with Microsoft Office applications, Must have 1-year operating Cherry Pickers.
All positions require a background check and drug screen.
