Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Varies)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements, including working 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to a variable shift schedule
